Psycho-Educational Evaluation Process
At Crucible Learning Network, we provide comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to assess cognitive, learning, and neurodevelopmental needs. Our structured assessment process ensures an in-depth understanding of an individual’s strengths and challenges.
Assessment & Reporting
- The assessment process is conducted over 2-5 days, depending on the individual's needs.
- A comprehensive evaluation report will be prepared within 14 working days after the assessment.
- Once the report is finalized, we will email it to you and schedule a feedback meeting to discuss findings and recommendations.
- Upon request, we can share the report with the child’s school to support educational planning and accommodations.
- The final cost of the assessment will be confirmed during the initial meeting.
Initial Meeting (Online Only)
Initial Meeting (Online Only) Our evaluation process begins with an initial online consultation, during which we collect essential background information and discuss the most appropriate assessment tools and methods based on the individual's concerns.
- Duration: 1.0 - 1.5 hours (depending on case complexity)
- Fee: 2,000 RMB
- Next Steps: If you decide to proceed with the assessment, we will move to Step 2, and the initial meeting fee will be applied to the total cost of the evaluation.
